When you use InstaPan, we may collect the following information: • **Account Information**: If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and profile name. • **Usage Data**: We collect anonymous analytics about how you use the app (page views, feature usage, etc.) using PostHog and Google Analytics. • **Images**: Images you upload are processed entirely in your browser. We do NOT store or transmit your images to any server.

We use the collected information to: • Provide and improve our services • Track your supporter status (Buy Me a Coffee verification) • Store your preferences and usage counts (via Vercel KV, only for logged-in users) • Send you emails if you contact us through the contact form

• **Local Storage**: Your preferences and usage data are stored in your browser's localStorage. • **Vercel KV**: If you're logged in, your data is also synced to Vercel KV for cross-device persistence. • **Images**: Your images are NEVER uploaded to our servers. All image processing happens in your browser.

We use the following third-party services: • **Google OAuth**: For authentication • **PostHog**: For analytics (EU data center) • **Google Analytics**: For usage statistics • **Buy Me a Coffee**: For supporter verification • **Vercel**: For hosting and data storage

You have the right to: • Access your personal data • Request deletion of your data • Opt out of analytics (use browser Do Not Track) • Delete your account by contacting us
